ORS 181A.487 Mental health wellness policies for law enforcement agencies
(1)
As used in this section, “law enforcement agency” means:
(a)
A city or municipal police department.
(b)
A county sheriff’s office.
(c)
The Oregon State Police.
(d)
A police department established by a university under ORS 352.121 or 353.125.
(2)
A law enforcement agency shall establish a mental health wellness policy for addressing issues related to the mental health wellness of law enforcement officers employed by the agency.
