Chapter 238 — Public Employees Retirement System

ORS 238.011 Shared work benefits to be treated as salary

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or ORS chapter 238A, benefits received by a member under ORS 657.370 to 657.390 shall be treated as salary.
