Chapter 238 — Public Employees Retirement System

ORS 238.665 Contributions and interest not included in board’s budget

Contributions required by this chapter or ORS chapter 238A to be placed in the retirement fund, and interest required to be allocated to the member accounts of members of the retirement system and to participating employers, shall not be included in the biennial departmental budget of the board.
