ORS 292.014 Definitions for ORS 292.014 to 292.036

As used in ORS 292.014 to 292.036:

(1)

“Authorized employee deductions” includes all authorized deductions made from the salary and wages of an officer or employee of a state agency.

(2)

“Salaries and wages” means payments to officers and employees of a state agency for services rendered other than on a fee basis.
