Chapter 292 — Salaries and Expenses of State Officers and Employees

ORS 292.016 Centralized payroll procedure

The salaries and wages of the officers and employees of any state agency whose salaries and wages are payable out of the State Treasury shall be paid through the medium of payrolls as provided in ORS 292.014 to 292.036.
