ORS 292.210 Definitions for ORS 292.210 to 292.230

As used in ORS 292.210 to 292.230, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)

“State agency” has the same meaning as provided in ORS 291.002.

(2)

“State officer” means any elected or appointed state officer, including members of boards and commissions.
