Chapter 371 — Road Districts and Road Assessment Plans

ORS 371.055 Formation of road districts

For the purpose of improving county roads, as defined in ORS 368.001, or public roads within the boundaries of a city or drainage district, numbered road districts may be formed from contiguous territory within the county.
