Chapter 371 — Road Districts and Road Assessment Plans

ORS 371.347 Alternative provisions for elected board of commissioners

When a special road district has an elected district board of commissioners, ORS 371.349 and 371.351 are effective in that district in lieu of ORS 371.338 and 371.342.
