Chapter 371 — Road Districts and Road Assessment Plans

ORS 371.405 Definitions for ORS 371.405 to 371.535

As used in ORS 371.405 to 371.535:

(1)

“County court” includes the board of county commissioners sitting for the transaction of general county business.

(2)

“District” means a road assessment district organized under ORS 371.405 to 371.535.
