Chapter 371 — Road Districts and Road Assessment Plans

ORS 371.485 Authority of district over roads and highways

A road assessment district has authority over all roads and highways within the district, except state primary and secondary highways, and streets, alleys or public ways within a city within the district other than as provided by ORS 371.480.
