Chapter 390 — State and Local Parks; Recreation Programs;

ORS 390.005 Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

“Commission” means the State Parks and Recreation Commission.

(2)

“Department” means the State Parks and Recreation Department.

(3)

“Director” means the State Parks and Recreation Director.
