Chapter 390 — State and Local Parks; Recreation Programs;

ORS 390.050 Park and recreation violations; enforcement

In addition to any other persons permitted to enforce violations, the State Parks and Recreation Department and any employee of the State Parks and Recreation Department specifically designated by the State Parks and Recreation Director may issue citations for park and recreation violations established under this chapter in the manner provided by ORS chapter 153.
