Chapter 390 — State and Local Parks; Recreation Programs;

ORS 390.936 Rules

In accordance with applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the State Parks and Recreation Department shall adopt rules necessary to carry out those provisions of ORS 390.930 to 390.940 that the department is charged with administering.
