Chapter 390 — State and Local Parks; Recreation Programs;

ORS 390.350 Intergovernmental agreements; use of gifts and grants

Units of local government may enter into agreements with the State Parks and Recreation Department and with each other in carrying out the purposes of the Willamette River Greenway, and may accept and use gifts and grants from the department or others.
