Chapter 443 — Residential Care; Adult Foster Homes; Hospice Programs

ORS 443.015 License required; renewal, transferability of license

A person may not establish a home health agency or organization providing home health services for compensation, or purport to manage or operate a home health agency or organization, without first obtaining a license from the Oregon Health Authority. The license shall be renewable annually and is not transferable.
