Chapter 443 — Residential Care; Adult Foster Homes; Hospice Programs

ORS 443.785 Admission of Medicaid recipients

The licensing agency may not require an adult foster home that elects to provide care for a Medicaid recipient to admit an additional Medicaid resident under a contract with the agency.
