Chapter 454 — Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems

ORS 454.050 Rules

The Environmental Quality Commission may adopt, modify or repeal rules, pursuant to ORS chapter 183, for the administration and implementation of ORS 454.010 to 454.060.
