Chapter 454 — Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems

ORS 454.205 “Municipality” defined

As used in ORS 454.205 to 454.255, “municipality” includes an incorporated city, a metropolitan service district, a sanitary district, a sanitary authority, a county service district, or any other special district authorized to treat and dispose of sewage.
