Chapter 454 — Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems

ORS 454.625 Rules

In accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Environmental Quality Commission shall adopt such rules as it considers necessary for the purpose of carrying out ORS 454.605 to 454.755.
