Chapter 468A — Air Quality

ORS 468A.045 Activities prohibited without permit; limit on activities with permit

(1)

Without first obtaining a permit pursuant to ORS 468.065, 468A.040 or 468A.155, no person shall:

(a)

Discharge, emit or allow to be discharged or emitted any air contaminant for which a permit is required under ORS 468A.040 into the outdoor atmosphere from any air contamination source.

(b)

Construct, install, establish, develop, modify, enlarge or operate any air contamination source for which a permit is required under ORS 468A.040.

(2)

No person shall increase in volume or strength discharges or emissions from any air contamination source for which a permit is required under ORS 468A.040 in excess of the permissive discharges or emission specified under an existing permit.
