Chapter 468A — Air Quality

ORS 468A.660 Wholesale transactions permitted

Nothing in ORS 468A.655 shall prevent wholesale transactions, including but not limited to the transportation, warehousing, sale, and delivery of any aerosol spray described in ORS 468A.655 (1).
