Chapter 468A — Air Quality

ORS 468A.830 Program for environmental and public health impacts of wildfire smoke

The Department of Environmental Quality shall develop and implement a program for supporting local communities, in detecting, preparing for, communicating or mitigating the environmental and public health impacts of wildfire smoke.

Note: 468A.830 to 468A.836 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 468A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
