Chapter 506 — Application, Administration and Enforcement of Commercial Fishing Laws

ORS 506.136 Commission to study and classify food fish and fishing gear

The State Fish and Wildlife Commission shall:

(1)

Investigate the habits, supply and economic uses of, and classify all food fish.

(2)

Classify all fishing gear and such classification shall be final.
