Chapter 506 — Application, Administration and Enforcement of Commercial Fishing Laws

ORS 506.241 Commercial fishing vessel fleet reduction program; rules

The State Fish and Wildlife Commission, by rule, may prescribe a commercial fishing vessel fleet reduction program that complies with the federal Salmon and Steelhead Conservation and Enhancement Act of 1980.
