Chapter 506 — Application, Administration and Enforcement of Commercial Fishing Laws

ORS 506.895 Person aiding in commercial fishing law violation punishable as principal

Any person who counsels, aids or assists in any violation of the commercial fishing laws shall incur the penalties provided for the person guilty of such violation.
