ORS 646A.170 Remedies not exclusive

The application of any remedy under any provision of ORS 646A.150 to 646A.172, 742.390 and 742.392 shall not preclude the application of any other remedy under ORS 646A.150 to 646A.172, 742.390 and 742.392 or any other provision of law.
