Chapter 746 — Trade Practices

ORS 746.147 Workers’ compensation insurance; quoting premiums

An insurer or insurance producer offering workers’ compensation insurance in Oregon shall not quote projected net insurance premiums based upon figures that are discretionary or terms that are not guaranteed in the workers’ compensation insurance policy.

Note: 746.147 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 746 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
