Chapter 746 — Trade Practices

ORS 746.285 Notice of prohibition in motor vehicle repair shops; size; location

A person operating a motor vehicle body and frame repair shop shall display in a conspicuous place in the shop a sign in bold face type in letters at least two inches high reading substantially as follows:
