Chapter 746 — Trade Practices

ORS 746.308 Violation of provisions regarding totaled vehicles as violation of Insurance Code

An insurer that violates ORS 819.014 or 819.018 shall be considered to have violated a provision of the Insurance Code.

Note: 746.308 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 746 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
