Chapter 801 — General Provisions and Definitions for Oregon Vehicle Code

ORS 801.280 “Financial responsibility requirements.”

“Financial responsibility requirements” means the ability to respond in damages for liability, on account of accidents arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of a motor vehicle in a manner provided under ORS 806.060.
