Chapter 801 — General Provisions and Definitions for Oregon Vehicle Code

ORS 801.290 “Future responsibility filing.”

“Future responsibility filing” means the requirement described under ORS 806.240 to file and maintain proof of compliance with financial responsibility requirements with the Department of Transportation.
