Chapter 801 — General Provisions and Definitions for Oregon Vehicle Code

ORS 801.565 “Travel trailer.”

“Travel trailer” means:

(1)

A recreational vehicle without motive power that is eight and one-half feet or less in width and is not being used for commercial or business purposes; and

(2)

A prefabricated structure that is eight and one-half feet or less in width and that is not being used for commercial or business purposes.
