Chapter 811 — Rules of the Road for Drivers
ORS 811.806 Exceeding maximum speed for funeral procession; penalty
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person commits the offense of exceeding the maximum speed for a funeral procession if:
The person is driving in a funeral procession on a highway with a speed limit of less than 50 miles per hour and the person drives at a speed that exceeds five miles per hour less than the speed limit; or
The person is driving in a funeral procession on a highway with a speed limit greater than 50 miles per hour and the person drives at a speed that exceeds 45 miles per hour.
The offense described in this section, exceeding the maximum speed for a funeral procession, is a Class D traffic violation.
