Chapter 836 — Airports and Landing Fields

ORS 836.040 Joint exercise of power

The Oregon Department of Aviation may exercise any powers granted by ORS 836.025 to 836.050 jointly with any municipalities or agencies of the state government, with other states or their municipalities, or with the United States.
