Chapter 836 — Airports and Landing Fields

ORS 836.990 Civil penalties

(1)

In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the Director of the Oregon Department of Aviation may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $2,500 for each violation of ORS 836.505 or any rule adopted or order issued under ORS 836.505.

(2)

The director shall impose civil penalties under this section in the manner provided in ORS 183.745.

(3)

All penalties recovered by the Oregon Department of Aviation under this section shall be paid into the State Treasury and deposited to the credit of the State Aviation Account. Such moneys shall be used by the department for the purpose of carrying out ORS 836.505.
