Chapter 836 — Airports and Landing Fields

ORS 836.619 State compatibility and safety standards for land uses near airports; rules

Following consultation with the Oregon Department of Aviation, the Land Conservation and Development Commission shall adopt rules establishing compatibility and safety standards for uses of land near airports identified in ORS 836.610 (1).
