Chapter 293 — Administration of Public Funds

ORS 293.135 Payment of warrants against certain special funds

All warrants issued against any special fund that is a part of the General Fund hereby are made payable out of the General Fund. Such payment shall be made by the State Treasurer to the holders of such warrants upon demand.
