Chapter 293 — Administration of Public Funds

ORS 293.843 Notice on State Treasurer’s website

On or before March 15 of each year, the State Treasurer shall make available on the State Treasurer’s website a summary of actions taken during the previous year in accordance with ORS 293.837 to 293.847. The summary shall include a list of identified scrutinized companies.
