Chapter 293 — Administration of Public Funds

ORS 293.712 Continuing education requirements for members of council

The chairperson of the Oregon Investment Council, after consultation with the State Treasurer, shall prescribe continuing education requirements for members of the council. Such continuing education requirements must relate to fiduciary duties, best practices or both.

Note: 293.712 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 293 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
