Chapter 293 — Administration of Public Funds

ORS 293.346 Drawing warrants

Warrants shall be drawn in payment of claims for payment from any moneys in the State Treasury. All warrants shall be drawn by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, and ORS 291.015 (2) does not apply to the drawing of warrants by the department.
