Chapter 350 — Statewide Coordination of Higher Education

ORS 350.347 Severability

It is the intent of the Legislative Assembly that all parts of chapter 550, Oregon Laws 2023, are independent and that if any part of chapter 550, Oregon Laws 2023, is held unconstitutional, all remaining parts shall remain in force.

Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 550, Oregon Laws 2023,” for the words “this 2023 Act” in section 15, chapter 550, Oregon Laws 2023, compiled as 350.347. Specific ORS references have not been substituted, pursuant to 173.160.
