Chapter 350 — Statewide Coordination of Higher Education

ORS 350.770 Western Regional Higher Education Compact ratified

The Western Regional Higher Education Compact is ratified and approved and the adherence of this state to its provisions, upon ratification and approval by any five or more of the states or territories therein named, is declared.
