Chapter 350 — Statewide Coordination of Higher Education

ORS 350.350 “Public institution of higher education” defined for ORS 350.355 and 350.360

As used in ORS 350.355 and 350.360, “public institution of higher education” means:

(1)

A community college; or

(2)

A public university listed in ORS 352.002.
