Chapter 381 — Interstate Bridges

ORS 381.215 Independent or cooperative action

In carrying out ORS 381.205 to 381.314, each of the counties, cities, towns or ports mentioned in ORS 381.205 may act independent of or in conjunction with each other upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the contracting parties.
