Chapter 381 — Interstate Bridges

ORS 381.285 Power to exercise eminent domain

Any county, city, town or port mentioned in ORS 381.205 may exercise the power of eminent domain to carry out any of the provisions of ORS 381.205 to 381.314 in accordance with the procedure provided in ORS chapter 35.
