Chapter 381 — Interstate Bridges

ORS 381.275 Contracts made in name of authority authorizing work

All contracts made and entered into for the construction, purchase, acquisition, reconstruction, improvement or repair of any bridge mentioned in ORS 381.205 shall be made in the name of the authority authorizing performance of the work.
