Chapter 381 — Interstate Bridges

ORS 381.495 Duties and powers of bonding committee

If the electors of the county approve the issuance of bonds, the bonding committee shall arrange to issue and sell the bonds. The bonding committee may arrange the form, details and sale of the bonds in a manner consistent with ORS 381.405 to 381.520.
