Chapter 381 — Interstate Bridges

ORS 381.635 Duties and powers of council

If the electors of the city approve the issuance of bonds, the council shall arrange to issue and sell the bonds. The council may arrange and provide the form, terms and sale of the bonds, consistent with ORS 381.605 to 381.670.
