Chapter 807 — Driving Privileges and Identification Cards

ORS 807.038 School bus endorsement exception

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a school bus manufacturer, school bus dealer or school bus mechanic is not required to have a school bus endorsement while operating a school bus that is not transporting students.
