Chapter 807 — Driving Privileges and Identification Cards
ORS 807.369 Driving at night
Notwithstanding ORS 807.363, a person with a limited vision condition may operate a vehicle at night if the person:
Is issued a driver license under ORS 807.363;
Provides a certificate issued by a rehabilitation training specialist certifying that the person has successfully completed a rehabilitation training program and is able to safely operate a motor vehicle at night; and
Is examined every two years by a licensed vision specialist who certifies that the person is able to safely operate a motor vehicle at night.
As used in this section, “limited vision condition,” “rehabilitation training specialist” and “rehabilitation training program” have the meanings given those terms in ORS 807.355.
